Any thoughts of having the sheriff posse have a presence in addition to patrols you are conducting?

I heard illegal shooting; but opted not to approach the area. this past Sunday. It was near the 5 way split on Crystal Mountain road. The closures are well posted, but it seems people are ignoring them more as the summer progresses

I may have missed the daytime deputy's name, can you repeat that.

Just a comment, most of our area has no cell coverage.

I appreciate you attending Deputy Carbajal. When we call the number what can we expect, can you walk me through the process?
Courtney Gutman - BTWC

BTWC does not currently have organizationally identified cars. Would it be useful for people if we mark our 2 staff cars?

Any thoughts on community weed pulling efforts, thistles are really starting to come up. Chippers are very much needed, especially for hazard trees we cut down and left this past winter.
Courtney Gutman - BTWC

Good question Al, BTWC is looking into a fall grant application that might include weed management, but community participation is always needed. I could likely find a local specialist to do a weed ID session if that is of interest before we figure out when funding might come through for longer term weed mgmt. Just let me know if/when that might be of interest.

Yes. We have a bunch of leaning trees in our unburnt area.

Personally I think the forest was way too thick and fuel reduction is greatly needed
ODonnell

hmm, I would be happy to store it for ‘community’ usage, if that might help....

We have so much burned having it for serval years would be helpful for that. But generally dog hair LP needs thinning.

Shayle…… if we wanted to have a gathering with micro grant $, does it have to occur at crystal mtn. Many owners are in the f c Loveland area and might want to meet in town
